Yes, I was a teenager when I heard that. I'll never forget the perplexity of the statement. I KNEW lust was a strong emotion (naughty) and then to think it was only in his heart... even at 18 I thought, jeez, what a waste... but then I began realizing it is the typical libbie mentality that he wanted it both ways.

On the way to work this morning, I was listening to the news and after reading the news the announcer said, "Jimmy Carter never met a dictator he didn't like". Then he went straight to the weather. I was shocked and then laughing so much, I missed the weather report.
