but Bush and Giuliani and the others who AVOIDED going to Vietnam don't get to sit on a high horse and slam the medals of those who did. I'm not aware that Bush or Guilliani ever slammed Kerry's medals.
The only comment I remember from Bush was that Kerry served honorably.
Do you have a source?

Aaron Brown's snide shot of the day. Upon pointing out a photo in Stars and Stripes of some soldiers in Iraq who had earned Purple Hearts, during his Wednesday night "Morning Papers" segment on CNN's NewsNight, Brown sarcastically remarked: "Some day, one of them will run for President and someone will say they didn't earn the Purple Heart. Welcome to America." Some day, one of the pilots currently flying F-16s for the National Guard will run for President and some smarmy prick of a reporter will say that by serving in the Guard he dodged his obligation to the nation. Perhaps the reporter will even produce a sheaf of crudely forged documents to "prove" his assertion. Welcome to America.

The SBVets changed their stories too many times to be believable, were led by a Nixon tool, and they essentially were calling not just Kerry, but the men who served on that boat with him, liars. So it's easier to believe that 200-something guys are liars instead of half a dozen?

Aaron Brown - a Peter Jennings wannabe.
regarding the Purple Heart - the MSM just doesn't get it. They still do not understand the difference, and now I know they never will.

Go home and lick your wounds. Your boy Kerry lost. Deal with it.

Exactly WHAT stories were changed? The only one that flip flopped was JF'N Kerry. Did you sail with him into Cambodia?
Nice try.

Go back to school and learn grammer. You might be taken seriously if you do so.

As opposed to a few, some who may have been offered jobs had Kerry been elected?
