Also, the WLS listen live thingy is not working for me and hasn't in a couple days. Another source to listen online would be greatly appreciated.

I hope Rush mentions the reporter with the antiwar-type blog.

Here is the exuse that the moderator at the Washington Post Politics forum is making for the racist Condi cartoon:

And here is a photo gallery of Rice. One can see that indeed, as a feature goes, Rice's lips and teeth are prominent.

Similarly cartoonists depicted John Kerry when he was running for president, with a face about two feet long and only outdone by his deeply sunken eyes. Bush is often portrayed with largish ears. Clinton was routinely depicted with a bloated gut and a bulbous nose.

Please, don't come on to the forum to rabblerouse over non-issues. Keep it on-topic, which is Rice's appointment, not your selective interpretation of the grotequeties in cartooning.

These people are unbelievable. If a Republican had created similar cartoon depicting a democratic administration in the same light, they would never have gotten away with it. No doubt this very Washington Post moderator would be crying foul at the top of her lungs. Incomprehensible!
