There is, as Pollyanna would say, a silver lining here.
First, a thirteen year old boy actually knew what he wanted.
Second, he formulated an (admittedly twisted) plan and got most of it successfully executed.
Third, he appears to be properly sexually identified, at the very least.
Some reason to hope he has a future in professional sports, the entertainment field, or the legislature.

Isn't there a "Woman-Boy Love Association" that can step in to take up this boy's cause? Where is the ACLU?
I can't wait until the late-night talk show hosts get a hold of this one.

During the struggle, the woman bit the boy's hand and was able to break free and run to her car
I'm not saying anything about strippers ... but, he might want to get some shots!

The woman noticed the client was a juvenile, but was told that the contract was for his older brother. And the woman?
Prostitution is illegal in Virginia Beach.
How did the 13 year old boy arrange the "contract?"

she was stopped by the juvenile who pointed a shotgun at her and ordered her to dance. I bet it sounded something like this... "Yo... Dance, Ho!" ;)

In other breaking news...
Here in Australia, two Swedish male backpackers in their twenties were busted with fake i.d.'s after they got into an Over 50's "Grab-A-Granny" night at the local Transformers Nightclub in Frankston. Lars Erikson and Sven Erikssen were charged with "Incredible stupidity with intent to deceive themselves" by the local constabulary.

I just hope the police didn't taser the perp because, well, he's only 13 and all.

Sounds fishy to me. You ever know of an exotic dancer who showed up at a stag party alone?
And hung around when the house appeared to be vacant?
Sounds more like a hooker/john deal that went bad.

A 13-year old Virginia Beach boy is being held at the Virginia Beach Detention Center after police say he abducted an exotic dancer last night. When I was that age and in the 8th grade, I was much more interested in baseball and hanging out at the soda fountain with the guys after the 25-cent Friday Night movie starring John Wayne or Alan Ladd. The thought of a nekid girl wasn't even appealing, much less taking one hostage with a shotgun. What on earth would I have done with such a woman? If she was like most other girls to a 13 year old, she was just another pest to endure until you got out of school.
But in those days, Ike had just been re-elected President, the Soviets had butchered the Hungarian Freedom Fighters, and I was looking forward to getting my Small Game Hunting License the very next year.
It was a different world, in every respect. And dare I say it?... it was a better one in so many ways, and this is not just some reminiscent old codger talking and wishing he had the "chance" way back when...

Authorities say when the woman eventually tried to leave the residence, she was stopped by the juvenile who pointed a shotgun at her and ordered her to dance.
The dancer diverted the boy's attention and tried to dial 911 on her cell phone.
You can't make this stuff up folks
