And replace him with someone who can very possibly have a 91 or better. Hell yes, I will take that opportunity, especially if the replacement will be a real conservative, pro-American when it comes to immigration and globalism Yeah right defeat a good conservative incumbant(Drier), only to give the democrat a chance.
JMO, but your ruse is known.

Drier supports Bush and I support Bush so I support Drier. "Ahh! The kool-aid is strong in this one... Freedom of thought he has no longer..."

Sardo was more conservative the Dreier on most any issue you could name. What was the response from the State party.....(sounds of crickets). The state GOP never endorses a challenger to a sitting Republican, absent the incumbent actually being a convicted felon. That's because (a) the challenger is unlikely to win, even with state party backing, and (b) the incumbent will seek revenge.

Wipe the spittle off of your keyboard, sweetie.
I am merely asking why criticising and failing to to deify every Republican is met with such hostility. Dreier is not all bad, that's very true. But why can't we expect more on the immigration issue?
I personally think my state should cut off all welfare to illegals. But then, we would be considered cruel.

Not surprising that you side with the group that seeks division and the ultimate weakening of Republicans. You are consistant.

No one stated such. Where have I "deified" Drier. I haven't and I think he would be mad at me if I did. I just don't look at one issue and not cut my throat or committ hari kari over one issue.

Then bust your ass in LA trying to change minds.

Oh please. Diet Republicans would join the moaning of liberals over poor illegal immigrants and their children being homeless, no health care, or dying in the streets. The Republicans are afraid of appearing racist, becauser that what the fight against illegal immigration has been turned into by the media and the liberals.
I'm not committing hari kari over the issue either. But every criticism of Bush or any Republican is met with such anger around here lately.

Maybe you should talk and try to convince your liberal friends before you go for the throat against your political friends whom you agree with 80% of the time.

And kerry or any other democrat should be met with a red carpet, I surmise.

Quit being so sensitive. As I said around election time, I still support Bush overall. But I am not going to agree with everyting or hold my tongue when I don't.

Tancredo is the kid saying "The Emperor has no clothes." He represents California better than most of our representatives Yes, I think Tancredo represent the entire nation on this issue. Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin is showing a sliver of common sense, too. But for the most part, the political cowardice of our entire congress is a national disgrace.

These guys have a burr up their butt about Drier and are silent about Feinstein, Boxer, and Baca.I see, they're John & Ken kool-aid drinking dupes, now it all makes sense, thanks for the heads up, seriesly.

I defy a Democrat to do a worse job than David Dreier on immigration.Wasn't it Gray Davis who refused to appeal the court action on 187? He was a Democrat in case you missed it.
Prop 187 passed 60/40 BUT in the aftermath the DUmbocrats and their oh so willing liberal press allies hung it around Republican necks as if we're all racists.
I may not disagree with some of your views on illegal immigration but this is hardly a new problem.
Drier chairs the rules committee. It's the most important committee in the house. You want to take him out, I don't.
We're gonna find out next year just how serious congress is about fixing some of these problems. Jim Sensenbrenner will see to it there's a serious debate and vote. BTW there is NO primary in June 2005, I don't know where that idea comes from.

Then you want no change?
You enjoy the status quo?
You like spending all that money on Invader welfare, anchor babies, closing down hospitals...the list is endless.
There's a lot of angry people in this state...and the anger is redirecting itself towards the Citizens that refuse to stand up.
It's not the Invaders fault this is happening. It's mentalities that continue to support do nothings like Drier.
Hear that California? It's your fault. You're a bunch of pussies. Prove me wrong.
