It was cold and overcast in Boston when I met up with Electric Strawberry, Bostonian Rightist, JMT576, and later Thirsty Man, near the Bandstand on the Common. I was a bit late and thankfully missed most of a rant by Chuck Turner, poverty pimp and Boston City Council Member.
Chucky talking something about oppression to a crowd of about a hundred lesbians, sodomites, college kids, old hippies, Cambridge riffraff, the lame, the halt, and the blind, I think I got everyone, a rather diverse crowd by any measure.
We were joined by a kid of the libertarian persuasion who left because the Rats were flying the Flag upside down, nice young man, student I believe. I am very supprised that they had our Flag at all, I haven't seen them with one in the last three and a half years, so I assume that they didn't know how to fly it.
So I took position with my sign "We Won, You Lost, Get Over It, Electric with his Flag, and Bostonian with a sign Listing electoral victories, and JMT keeping us informed on the Pats Game.
There were several other speakers I think one was William Rivers Pitt of DU.commie, same chubby little body but the hair was a little dark and one of the others was I think was Jill Stein, Green Party, commie. One of the others was a woman with the fag flag on as a shaul, whether it was upside down I couldn't tell you.
It was about 40/60 pro/con on the comments of those passing by, one guy from Dallas stopped by and shook all our hands and thanked us for our support of the Prez. I think that he was rather shocked to find Republicans in Mass.
I aked him if that was his real problem or if it was the because the rats couldn't steal enough votes in Cleavland and the lake counties to turn the election. He then started to rant about WMD and got completely off topic. So we ganged up on him with facts and he went off yelling that we were all crazy.
It started getting colder and the crowd was breaking up so we retired to MJ O'Connors for food and drink.
The others will add their observations as they check in, a slow but good day.

Should have called the cops. This is a federal offense.
We had a FReep against ANSWER at Copley SQ. one time and RaceBannon asked a Boston Police Officer, "If they burn a flag will you arrest me before or after I beat the crap out of them?" The Cop walked away not to be seen again.
Flying the American flag upside down is a means of signifying distress.
It may have been disrespectful but not a Federal offense.

We can already complain about a few Massachusetts representatives - only state to elect and re-elect two fags and a murderer. Now we can complain about Chucky.

That is the latest way the DUmmies are protesting. At their board, they all have an upside down flag in their signatures of their posts! My opinion, if they don't like America, leave!

He really had written some guy in a chatroom that he had not voted for Kennedy because he was in Kerry's district.
