Probably a worse sentence would be life. Death gets him solitary in a state where no one is executed. So he's safely tucked away from the rapists (and worse) in prison.
I'm sad that he won't have to live in fear of other inmates & will get to have his own cell/safe haven.

Does he go to the back of the line on California's death row or can they pick and choose and maybe bring him to the top ten? Seems like there are a lot of people on California's death row and California does about 1 execution every twenty years.
For Peterson, death means life in prison. Good either way.

My point is that Feiger is not a talking head. Feiger was and is very much in demand as a lawyer and on the lecture circuit. Had dinner with him myself a couple years ago after all the Kevorkian stuff - engaging, egotistical and smart as hell. If you have a case with the slightest possibility of publicity, he's your guy.
As for Geragos, he will not be on Greta's show within a month. Geragos is going to lay low for a while.
