'Heel in the face' placemarker.
Gotta love socialism!
Scott Peterson has it easy.
How does the UN and Amnesty International feel about this? What about the EU? I'm sure they're all condemning China.
Yup!
Those are some gross out pictures. I'm so glad I looked /not/.
You gave plenty of prewarning. Curiousity killed the cat, and Mom's tummy.
Now I have to go kiss my kids and Thank God we live in America!
>> Does this not occur in the States as well?<<
No, I don't think the US has state sponsored executions by firing squad.
Now if you walk into the heart of Detroit you may see some.....
At least they didn't have to suffer through wearing panties on their heads.
LOL that makes even less sense
A real anarchist
If they were criminals the government had every right to execute them. I'm not getting the outrage.
The Chinese are the prime current example of the use of naked state power against the population.
I must have missed the media coverage on mass executions by headshots of young American women. Link?
It happens on Mulberry St. in Midtown manhattan all the time....
No really Utah still has execution by firing squad.....
"What were they executed for? "
For been born as girls...
I agree. I dislike the Chi-Com regime as much or more than the next right winger, but if it was for something like drug dealing or homicide or even grand theft (the person being executed--to say the least--looked like she "cleaned up well" for a girl living in Red China), then I salute them. I also thank God that at least somewhere in the world does not have such a laughingstock of a Criminal Justice system as we do, with criminals languishing for decades on death row and getting unlimited appeals...
Now if it was for something that we consider perfectly okay and legal to do here in America, that would be another story. But a regime should have the right to deal with the criminal element (read legitimately criminal by the standards and norms of most of the world) in any manner they deem reasonable....
Gary Gilmore was executed by firing squad in Utah around 1977. It was the landmark case which reopened the death penalty in the US.
Besides, firing squads are generally more humane than lethal injection, gas chambers, electrocution or hanging.
*ouch*
Probably for having more than one child....
. . . and none of them "flinch"!
