great. The kids should be allowed to share their religious holidays...Christian, Jewish, Kwanza, Buddhist...etc. That might start a little more tolerance for everyone.

This will probably go to a higher court. Although, it is great that Texas courts are sticking up for the kids.
I live close to Plano, Tx and I have to say I'm so glad that the kids get to bring religious gifts to school tomorrow! What is really sad is that the high school's in Plano are locally called the Pharmacy's because of all the drugs that run through the school. Plano has more kids who dies of drug over doses, suicides, etc... than any other city around here. Think that there is something going on in Plano? Yeah, they try and push God out and look where it gets them!
This district also got hammered a few years ago when they blocked parents from distributing flyers opposing a new math program that they were putting in place. The district administration is pretty arrogant.
