This is a partial transcript from "The O'Reilly Factor," Dec. 15, 2004, that has been edited for clarity.
BILL O'REILLY, HOST: In the "Christmas Under Siege" segment tonight. As you know, the religious symbols of the federal holiday are under fire by secular forces all across the country. And in the Miami suburb of Bay Harbor Island, town officials there banned the nativity scene on public property while okaying a menorah for Hanukah.
So Sondra Snowdon, a resident, sued. And today, she won. Joining us now from Miami is Ms. Snowdon. And from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Ed White, an attorney at the Thomas More Law Center, which assisted in the lawsuit....

96% of all Americans celebrate Christmas. Yet, because of political correctness, the words Merry Christmas have become increasingly absent from our Christmas season traditions.
ADF works year-round to preserve and protect our religious freedoms, including the right to religious expression. Thank you for supporting our efforts! (Learn more about the Christmas project.)
Believe it. Say it. Wear it!
By wearing this pin, and giving one to a friend, you will be part of an important movement reminding everyone that it is okay to say Merry Christmas.
For your gift of $29 or more, ADF will send you two special Christmas pins.
Help us make this a memorable and Merry Christmas for all!

A resident. That's everyday people like you and me. Kudos to her and the Thomas Moore Law Center.
SNOWDON:
"But if you ask, yes, there's still discrimination. I have walked down the street and been spit on. I have threatening phone calls that have come into me. The chief of police and our police in Bay Harbor have even refused to take my police reports on the threats that have come against me."
Wow. Nothing like the love liberals have for their fellow man.
Three cheers for the Thomas More Law Center! Merry Christmas!
PING ME!!!!!
St. Thomas More. Another one of those Catholic know nothings that the anti-papists around here deplore.
Being a fan of Neal Boortz, when I read the title I figured this was an article about Sean Hannity.
If the police chief is refusing to take her reports, there may be a civil rights iolation. She should sue again.
Great news for our side and another slap in the face for the Gay Agenda Pushing Anti Christian ACLU.
The $25 (or more) is tax-deductable as well!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Go here if you want to help the Thomas More Law Center.

You've been added to my list.
Was there a Christmas tree in the display?
If so, I find it annoying how people omit that but then draw an explicit contrast to the Menorah. It's a way to mislead people that they're respecting Jews but ignoring Christmas altogether.
The best way to fight the secular agenda is to have your own agenda. One that has nothing to do with fighting for government involvement in faith.
Christians should withdraw from secular "celebrations" and gather together to worship and praise God.
The more important constitutional question is: were there any plastic reindeer nearby. All you need are secular symbols of the holiday intermingled with religious symbols and it passes the "plastic reindeer" test on the Establishment Clause.
I think more people should watch "Miracle on 34th St." A New York Court decides that Santa exists when all of the mail is delivered to the courtroom. More good cheer, please.
