The ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, John Conyers, Jr. (D-Mich.) issued a stinging letter to the president of Triad Election Systems Thursday, remarking that he had "more questions and concerns than ever" after viewing a tape of Triad's visit to the Hocking County Board of Elections Dec. 20.
In a sworn affidavit, Hocking elections official Sherole Eaton wrote that a Triad official may have inappropriately tampered with a tabulation machine and tried to plant unverified information into the recount, encouraging local officials to use a "cheat sheet." RAW STORY acquired the letter late Thursday evening.
In the letter, displayed below and on the following pages, Conyers makes note of these "cheat sheets" which the company's president admitted to. He asserts that the sheets—which allow local officials to ignore actual ballots in the recount—"is an invitation to completely ignore the purpose of the recount law."
They already looked into the "tampering". It was one machine and it was broke and he fixed it. They verified that there was noe change from election day. There was already an investigation.
Next. Conyers is milking this for reelection money.

I mean to say, really to say, they are glued to their computers (or so they allege), neglecting work, home, and even trips to the refrigerator or bathroom, waiting anxiously for this "Triad" and "Kerry getting back into the game" this morning.

No, sorry; "Kerry is getting back into the game" THIS MORNING, not tomorrow. This is all from some really silly comment posted by some "insider" (quotation marks intentional) last night, for THIS MORNING, December 23.
Conyers is aSocialist Bomb thrower. His District needs to get him out of office. He's served no purpose and has offered no support of the Constitution. He and cohorts in crime are out to overthrow the COnstitutional Republic and establish a government along the lines of the European Socialism. Get him out of office.
Sounds like Kerry will finally admitt he thinks the election was stolen, he is the rightful, elected president and will start a court challenge to force the nulification of the electeion or to have him stated as the true winner.
What a wonderful Christmas present for the American people! I suppose Kerry thinks he did us a favor by not raising a stink until now just so it wouldn't be a three ring circus like 2000 in FL.
The more they spout this stuff the more elections they lose.. Who needs an adivsor when you got nutjobs in the Rat party..
I hate to tell them that the game is over. Here's what can happen.
Option 1 (most likely):
On Jan 6, the slate of electors alreat sent up are accepted. Counted. Bush is declared the winner. Inaugurated 2 weeks after that.
Option 2 (Dem nuclear option, extreme longshot).
On Jan 6, the slate of electors is challenged. Dems present enough evidence to GOP that Ohio election fraud should invalidate the electors. Ohio electors are thrown out. House and Senate (both GOP controlled) elect George Bush as president.
Option 2 is the absolute WORST CASE scenario. It's the Dems getting everything possible for them and Bush STILL WINS.
The rules will not allow a Bush defeat right now no matter what happens in Ohio.

Rules? Since when do rules matter to them? They can always find a left wing judge to change the rules for them.
