Whoa! Just when I thought it was safe to put the Christmas tinfoil away.
I think so too, but we'll probably never really know.
OTHO, I can see a decision to shoot down an airline would weigh heavily on the conscience of anyone involved, especially the ones who actually did it, and the one who ordered it. It's very slightly possible that a sliver of the truth was misspoken.
Not thats just silly...everyone knows the lizard people have no influence in PA. Its the FreeMasons and Stonecutters Union that I'd be concerned about.
The main reason to think that either: a) Terrorists detonated a bomb on board when passengers tried to recapture the controls, or b) The plane was shot down to prevent it being flown into a building, is that, in fact, debris was recovered from a lake father than it could have been thrown from the point of impact.
Roger that.
It's the lies I have a problem with. Remember Tommy Thompson and the anthrax attack: "Drank from a stream." "Was a hunter." Etc. I'm glad that lying sack of s--- was sent packing.
In this case, SOMETHING almost certainly happened, and it was covered up: Either terrorists manged to get a bomb on board, or it was shot down, or something else caused debris to be ejected far from the crash site.
Probably just a "slip" of the tongue. I've done that many times in speaking. He probably meant to say "brought down".
Sorry, but that would make you a willing stooge. Tommy Thompson outright LIED about the anthrax attacks. Had they been more widespread, people who believed his lies might have dies in great numbers.
Do you think our government has a valid reason to lie to us about terror attacks?
If you've never read the Constitution of the United States, now might be a good time to do so. Pay particular attention to Article III, Section 3(2).
"Actually, that's a fairly reasoned post. Am I wrong though? Didn't I hear of 'some' debrite found at a separate location? It's possible I'm combining events, but it seemed like I remembered something to that effect."
I remember hearing seats were found in a lake some miles away from the crash site.
Thanks. I don't remember much about it, but it did seem like I'd hear something to the effect, debris was found in a separate location. I appreciate your additional thoughts on this.
Whacko Tinfoiler sites: Aye aye sir!
Your welcome. I found the name of the lake:
From the flight93crash.com:
Meanwhile, investigators also are combing a second crime scene in nearby Indian Lake (2.5 miles from main crash site), where residents reported hearing the doomed jetliner flying over at a low altitude before "falling apart on their homes." "People were calling in and reporting pieces of plane falling," a state trooper said. Jim Stop reported he had seen the hijacked Boeing 757 fly over him as he was fishing. He said he could see parts falling from the plane. I lost this link.. but since the witness name is there I've left it up. Some witnesses reported that the plane was flying upside down for a time before the crash; others said they heard up to three loud booms before the jetliner went down. Post Gazette
Also a 5 mile debris field?
http://www.post-gazette.com/headlines/20010912crashnat2p2.asp
"fell from the sky near Shanksville at 10:06 a.m., about two hours after it took off, leaving a trail of debris five miles long."
Swat - An air-to-air missile does not scatter plane parts "all over the countryside".
Point in fact, the default setting for conventional missiles are to lock onto the heat signature of the target aircraft [read:engine(s)].
There was a news report at the time, by a heavy equipment owner, that the FBI used his trachoe to recover one of the airliner's engines that landed over 1000 yds from the impact site. FBI operated the equipment themselves, and would not allow any outside help in the recovery. Eyewitnesses state that the shrouded engine was placed on truck for transport from the area.
This is consistent with the result of a missile strike.
The engine struck would separate from the airframe and land some ways away from the crash site. Why shroud the recovered component unless it was to prevent subsequent independent analysis of the photographs of the piece as it was loaded on the truck that might indicate a missile strike?
The news story is currently the lead item on www.worldnetdaily.com.
The real question, is "Why is the story being 'released' now??" I suspect that it is because the Administration is reasonably confident that it will be upstaged by a bigger story very shortly.

Here's what Rumsfeld said Friday: "I think all of us have a sense if we imagine the kind of world we would face if the people who bombed the mess hall in Mosul, or the people who did the bombing in Spain, or the people who attacked the United States in New York, shot down the plane over Pennsylvania and attacked the Pentagon, the people who cut off peoples' heads on television to intimidate, to frighten indeed the word 'terrorized' is just that. Its purpose is to terrorize, to alter behavior, to make people be something other than that which they want to be."
