Actually, instead of giving illegal alien workers the "jobs that Americans don't want," make them work on building the wall. Then send them home when they're done.

Pile of rocks splashed with reddish paint to resemble blood. Human skull in the middle, flanked by two big votive candle that magically lit by themselves. (Pyrodex, a nine volt lantern battery, and nichrome model rocket igniter wires...) I've only done it twice and I think the victims made it back into Mexico at better than Olympic record times. I also learned some interesting words and phrases.
