Ah, there's the media coverage of the clintons we all became so familiar with during 8 long and nauseating years. No matter how many people around them are indicted, convicted, dead, etc, always be sure to insert a disclaimer, whether it's that they haven't been accused, or, in the stories where they are accused, that there's no proof of wrongdoing.

So far, there has been no comment from Clinton’s office.

Of course not. And the reporter doesn't sound very anxious to ever hear any commentary on this story from that office. If it had been a Republican the phrasing would be, "repeated inquiries for comment were refused late Friday" or some such sinister language.
