I'm sure they'll bring in some consultants to handle this problem.

Looks like the Democrats can't run a fair election.

When they bring in Jimmy Carter to certify the next recount, you'll know they're getting desperate.

I knew it. I mean, wasn't it Stalin who said. Elections aren't won by the voters, but by the ones counting the votes. I hope the Justice department investigates this nonsense. PS: Check out
The new Democrat. The dam is breaking alright. Nothing like a lost election to make the Dummies think. Be sure to read the comments. HAHAHA

A re-vote is the only answer.

I guess Jesse Jackson was on to something. He just had the wrong time zone.

ReVote WA

Recall in Washington is very different from California. You can only recall an official in this state if you can prove malfeasance in office.
She will be sworn in on Wednesday. The legislature is set to certify her tomorrow as the governor come hell, high water or protests.
The mainstream media is in the tank for Gregoire.

Like I said in the one above, if you want any documents for a recount or for any lawsuits, better ask King County for them now, because we have been told to delete things to keep them from getting out to the public.People can go to prison for deleting information if it is proven to be Obstruction of Justice.

There are rumors that the FBI is sniffing around the King County elections office. I would imagine that if people are being told to destroy evidence, the FBI would like to know about it.

"We have rules being enforced about erasing email fast to make sure that it doesn't get backed up and nobody from the outside can request email and the county can't get in trouble for not providing it. I think this is because of the lawsuit from that guy that got the county fined, but they claim it is for better "information management". I think this is illegal, it seems like complaints that come into the election office belong to the people and better information management doesn't consist of erasing documents and voter complaints, but who am I to say? I just work here."
Under Sarbannes-Oxley Act, if a publicly traded company were to do this, the CEO could be sued in a way that now pierces the corporate veil - his/her assets could be recovered in either damages or restitution.
But let's not hold the government to such standards . . .

No grand jury is empaneled on this issue. King County isn't going to explore it, and only when Rob McKenna becomes AG will the state take an official interest in it. I don't know the Feds' status except that the FBI is rumored to be very interested in what's going on.
