Revote Rally, Olympia WA (Pictures)

Posted on 01/11/2005 4:14:12 PM PST by Lexinom

Early arrivals. Est. time 10:00 a.m., 11 January 2005.

One Democrat, State Senator Tim Sheldon, had the moxy to stand up for principle and against politics. Thank you Tim, and God bless you.

The happy thing is, not even the dead were disenfrachised in this last election.
FreeRepublic played a major role in facilitating the large turnout. Note FR logos on Cory's signs.

Tigger is a Republican!!! Who is this tiger? A FReeper? Would the tiger please step forward? :-)
FReeper Vicki's husband Mike at left.

This is not a partisan matter. It is one of right and wrong, and of following Washington State election law.

Freeper Vicki, standing proud for what is right.

The rally was not altogether peaceful. Notice the gash marks along the spray-painted word "Revote" in this revote supporter's truck. It is not clear whether the dents were also the result of vandalism. What is clear: This type of activity, which plagued the Presidential campaign, always seems to come from the same ideology.

Correction...6

The other three sneaked up on me while looking at details on the three.

These are great shots. The MSM are pigs.....something this big and they ignore it. Contesting a Governorship, and they are mute.

Doesn't surprise me though.

Yeah, I know. Tell you what - between my dad being ill and what's on my blog now - I probably didn't miss what won't be on TVW tonight 9:45 PM and then tomorrow at 6 AM.

BUT I MISSED YOU ALL! I WISH I COULD HAVE MET MARUMMY!

No, but there will be more in the near future. I can't be more specific on the public board.

Since you've waited so long for dial-up, you may want to view the full size versions, which are cached on your computer once they load:

1
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
9

Isn't tomorrow the certification?

Today was the certification. Despite the protest, the Dems certified this sham. Tomorrow Christine Gregoire will be sworn in as the 22nd Governor.

If all goes well, the 23rd will be sworn in a couple of months hence :-)

Do you want thumbs? These are 1600x1200, reduced to 800x600 for brower friendliness.

Have you ever used JPEGwizard? Great program for shrinking JPEG files. Unlike others I've seen, JPEGwizard lets you adjust compression for different parts of the picture (so that on something like the airplane picture, you could have the lettering at low compression while the clouds were at higher compression).

Once upon a time, the version on their web-site was free for non-batch operation; since then, that's changed but the free one is still around if you look. I've not checked the web site lately.

I would not have gotten them uploaded as quickly with that amount of work (It's a 2.5 hour drive to Olympia!). What is needed is the ability to shrink many pictures at once, instead of "load", "resize", "saveas", "load", "resize", etc.

Yea, I can't wait for that U-Haul to drive up to the governor's mansion.

Wow. Great pics, thanks. That was very kind of you.

Do they know who did the vandalism on the truck?

Ohhhhh, She's gonna get away with it. They stole it.

The sign that said it all was...Felons vote, Soldiers don't.

If all goes well, the 23rd will be sworn in a couple of months hence :-)

From your lips, to Gods ear. I'll say a prayer.

I'm from MN and I don't know about other out-of-staters, but I have posted repeatedly my STRONG support for a WA recount against Gregorievych and the dastardly RATS. Plus I have emailed 7 blistering emails to Sam Reed at sreed@secstate.wa.gov. In fact I did receive one fairly lengthy & detailed reply from his Mary Gould, his
Constituent Relations Manager...it was a polite but firm statement of support for Sam Reed actions in certifying Gregoire. So now I have been copying Mary Gould mgould@secstate.wa.gov on my return correspondence to Sam Reed, and telling them in blistering and no uncertain terms that Sam Reed CERTIFIED FRAUD when he certified Gregoire. So far I have not received a 2nd reply back from Mary Gould....
....Keep up the good fight! I am following this with intense interest!

All that is known is that it seems to have been far-far-leftists. They seem to have some sort of problem with the anti-Salinistic movement.
