Like Saul?
"We as a people" (or for that matter any other people) are only "deserving" of going to hell.
Now praying for undeserved grace is another story.</tagline-flame>
God didn't want Israel to have kings. God pointed out that they would, on the main, screw Israel up. God was right -- whaddya know. Now the King of Kings sits on the heavenly throne, permanently putting an end to this sordid story.
I do not believe in the NT, the OT however has the real wisdom and knowledge.
I believe in the NT because it's true.
It's all pretty simple really.
You wrote..."the OT however has the real wisdom and knowledge."
You are 100% correct.
I think he was talking about destruction of the mosque on the Temple Mount. Not people.
Actually all through Desert Storm I was hoping one of Saddams Scuds would hit it.
Moshiach's post has already been spoken for. Sorry, you are the one in the wrong.
We'll see...
Yes you'll see. Whether that's from the Lake of Fire or somewhere else, is another question
Shalom and Best Wishes for the Future to you !
Everyone will have a hot eternity, now what KIND of hot depends on if salvation in Him is accepted or rejected. Smoking or non?
"pray for a tsunami-like disaster on the Mount."
"A tsunami-like" he didn't call for a tsunami but he called for intervention from God. Maybe an earthquake would do it. I do believe God will remove the Mosque when He is ready for the rebuilding of the temple. He will do it in His time and His way though and no one will stop it.
Quite so. The New Testament is what finally told me what I needed to know to come to Him in the joy of salvation. There is no wisdom of man's affairs, equal to that of putting your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved from your sin.

In 3 different ways, two using the Hebrew text, does the Old Testament point to the arrival of the Messiah in what we call the 1st century CE.

The rebuilding seems not too far off.
Time to pray. Good nite.
