Bush will be ripe for blame because he hasn't done squat about the border situation, or not nearly enough IMHO. His immigration/amnesty program actually encourages more to cross...Iraquis and Chinese included. This will not be good for the pubbies.

Time Warner, a large internet traffic carrier, had a cisco router down yesterday. That created limited access from my location depending on the routing I had to surf.
This will probably not be the target(though it probably should be because it would show most muslims that the religion is false), but yes, as was stated at the start of the War on Terror, when we reaffirmed what our response would be if we are hit by a nuke, chem or bio weapon.....nukes would be the response. If not then the bigger fish will know that they can just keep supplying terrorist and take us out piece by piece.
We also made it very clear that we would track down how the terrorist came by those weapons and make sure the supplying country also was hit. I think that it is obvious by making this clear we knew that there was a bigger game on and how serious it is. We have already started WWIII, it just is not out in the open yet. The only question for us is do we want to survive or be taken out piece by piece.

The Iraqis probably recruited the Chinese in an attempt to get by the screening/profiling that of course we are not doing.
