Muslim leaders called a news conference Wednesday to try to defuse religious tensions following the murders of an Egyptian Christian family, but Coptic Church officials, who were invited, did not attend.
Organizers said Coptic officials told them they could not make the gathering, billed as an interfaith unity event, due to a religious holiday and a local funeral. The holiday, Feast of the Epiphany, celebrates Jesus' baptism.
Meanwhile, a Coptic church in New York issued a statement alleging the slayings were not being characterized as hate crimes because of "political correctness."

The St Abraam's Coptic Orthodox Church in Woodbuty, N.Y., issued a statement Wednesday cautioning against "jumping to conclusions." But the statement also said "some signs point to this incident being a religiously motivated hate crime against Coptic Christians."
"If this crime was in fact an attack against a Christian family for their faith and for expressing their beliefs, it can only be viewed as an act of terrorism committed on American soil," the statement read. "The apparent reluctance to consider this a hate crime despite Jersey City's long history of Muslim extremism is concerning. Even more disconcerting is the thought that this crime may be classified as a robbery for reasons of political correctness."

Of course they didn't show. They would be killed or used as a photo op for the ROP.
A "Unity" meeting is really just an offer by your enemy to allow you to surrender. In this case, it's nothing more than an effort to sweep the murderous truth of Islam under the rug. The Coptics were correct in not giving in by showing up to this "Unity Meeting".
Dhimmis don't show? What's up?
Concerning indeed.
When the publicly appointed authorities refuse to carry out their duties, it is up to the public itself to take that responsibility into it's own hands.
Ping
Now if they want to up the ante. Print "Mohammed was a pedophile" on a billboard in New Jersey.
Islamaniacs would go NUTS.
Exactly where is the killing of infidels forbidden? What does the Qur'an say that prohibits this...
This murder was precisely in accordance with Islam and it is precisely consistent with the way the Prophet conducted his life.
Christian Copts in Egypt - as elsewhere in Muslim-dominated lands - have suffered atrocities of the worst kind at the hands of Muslims...for about 1300 years.

Advice to all racist murderers: be sure to steal some items from your victim, so you'll be tried only for robbery.
Seriously, four people have been brutally butchered. Who cares what was in the assassin's head, whether he "hated" the family or not?
God bless the family of the victims and God bless the Copts.
Bull
No...double Bull
This makes me wanna go ballistic. It's such an out and out lie...and the sad thing is most Americans are so uneducated about Islam (not to mention the PC crap) that they will believe it.
Perhaps the time has come again.
This murder was precisely in accordance with Islam and it is precisely consistent with the way the Prophet conducted his life.
Hiding the truth behind their actions, lying to infidels, is also in accordance with Islam:
Taqiyya and kitman - "According to Christian ethics lying is a sin; In Islamic jurisprudence and theology, the use of taqiyya against the unbelievers is regarded as a virtue and a religious duty."
Taqiyya and kitman: The role of Deception in Islamic terrorism
This comment won't make sense for seculars, but Islam and its lying and violence and misogyny and general cruelty is perfectly Satanic...
Not to sound biblical, but that is why is bears the fruit it does.
Ya can't have a religion based on lying and killing and expect it to produce good things...
Muslims are deceiving themselves when they trust the moon god...he may promise paradise (infantile as it sounds) but consider that Allah and Mohammed might be lying. And why not, a religion based on lying could only be designed by a liar.
But please don't apologize for "sounding biblical." There isn't a saner way to sound!
