"This is a school. They don't teach history. They would have no way of knowing that."

You're absolutely right. I overlooked the fact it was a university of lower learning.

Are tenured, university, professors ever given the use of vehicles, like a company car?

If so, do they have signs or stickers on the vehicles?

YES!!! The Oregon state legislature should mandate all state vehicles have a US Flag and a "support the troops" sticker!

So if the stickers aren't allowed on university vehicles... everyone start wearing "Support Our Troops" ribbons on their shirts instead.

This is just crap. People in Oregon should do something about this. All sorts of insipid political views are expressed on university campuses - mostly by faculty members. But "Support Our Troops" is too much for these people.

I have a bunch!
They aren't stickers, they are magnets.
I have 'em on both trucks, Rika's car, the fridge, the standing lamp in my office,
the filing cabinet at work, the forklifts at work and the door to the peroxide area.

We have a very patriotic peroxide area.

I get them at the dollar store.
