Disclosure "would expose all of my business interests and everything. It would put me in imminent danger of a lot of different things I don't want to explain in here," Ford told the court. You sure this isn't from Scrappleface.com?

You are talking about the United States Senate. He's in the Tennessee State Senate - a different body.
To: ViLaLuz
Wait wait, I get it. He's a state Senator not a national Senator. Okay,

Bicameral state legislatures have both representatives and senators, same as the feds.

"You have two homes?" Referee Felicia Hogan asks during the tape recorded hearing from November. "Well, that's unusual."
"Not necessarily," Ford shot back. "I know people who got five."
More than likely a relative.

Just what we need, lawmakers making child welfare laws tailored to their personal needs. This is disgusting.

You mean that Mormonism is popular in Tennessee?

I would gladly secede it to Arkansas.

I see a Harold Ford resemblance---I have been getting mixed messages here regarding this person's relationship to Harold. Is he or isn't he?

This Ford Dynasty in that part of Tennessee is embarrassing, truly. - There have been episodes of a certain Tennessee State Senator driving his big road hog down the interstate and (allegedly, I guess I had better say) shooting at the vehicles of any driver on the road who gets in his speed demon way. - Low class all the way, real common behavior. - I haven't heard anything in the news about the younger Washington based Ford, and glad if he is acting more high class than the Ford Daddy.
Because of the constituency makeup, Ford keeps his job, in spite of financial scandals, personal moral scandals and everything else. . . and guess we're just lucky he hasn't killed anyone whilst on the road to the state capitol to "do his job".

And people elect this guy back to office?
This is Memphis, where Prince Mongo, a guy who literally howls at the moon dressed in tribal gear and claims he is from the planet Zambodia, made a run for Mayor every election. It was funny watching a televised Mayoral debate with a guy painted green in a grass skirt. Don't be surprised by anything Memphis related.

I remember that one, LOL, through the whole thing he acted as if he were shocked...just shocked....that anyone would question his right to shoot at people that got in his way.

Sadly, his constituency would elect a dog if it had the named "Ford". They probably relate to his behavior since they are doing the same thing.
