Bump!
I am praying with you as well God is God and we have not yet lost this case.
I do not deny anyone's right to have a living will if they so chose, but please be advised that even a living will is not a panacea for what you think you want right now. Be very careful to look at the language of the document carefully and find out what each term means legally and medically. You may be disappointed with what you discover. Then again, it may suit you just fine. I'm just saying that it IS a legal document, so it may be enforced in ways that you haven't thought of right now.
The living will is not the only thing wrong with Terri's situation. Funny thing is that if they succeed in pulling her tube another time, and eventually she dies from her lack of food and water, we may have legally provided for another way for a person to not need a living will at all. Precedent will be set for allowing hearsay testimony about your desires, whether you said them or not, or whether you wanted it or not.
This ruling is the next step on the slippery slope towards legalizing euthanasia outright.

TWO MORE IMPORTANT PHONE NUMBERS. THESE SENATORS LIVE IN TERRI'S COUNTY. Fla Legislators: JIM SEBESTA who invented the "I Voted" stickers #727-563-0377 and SENATOR DENNIS JONES who was a chiropractor before #727-549-6411.
This is odd, given Wolfson's 2003 findings when he was acting as Terri's guardian ad litem:
Wolfson assessed Terri's case by reviewing hundreds of court documents, interviewing family members, doctors and specialists, and visited Terri on several occasions.
He eventually claimed Terri is in a persistent vegetative state and determined that Terri had no chance of recovery.
Not everyone over here wants to be on the death squad after all.
These judges think they are god. It's a real shame.
And, for the first time, THE US DOJ is looking into The Perfect Murder. I don't know if someone emailed the link to The Empire Journal web site or if it was because we've been calling Senator Lindsey Graham to help bust this crime wide open. Graham was a military prosecutor and he's a stickler about civil rights laws and from the Bible belt here in the South.
"What do you know, this former guardian's conscience is starting to bother him."
FV, I don't think his conscience is guiding his comments.
American is outraged and Florida is getting the embarrassment they deserve for letting Florida become a judicial dictatorship where even the Governor refuses to take Terri out of Hospice into protective custody. REFUSES.
"Terri's so called "husband" abandoned her for another money"
It works either way "woman" or "another money". The another money though WAS TERRI'S TO BEGIN WITH.
Or, you're right. They may be playing good cop bad cop for disinformation purposes so they can say "we tried but there's no hope" which would also be b.s.
Knowing that the US DOJ is looking into this is such a BREAKTHROUGH! It just happened today.
Wolfson is still on the bad team. This is a ruse.
Hmmm, sort of like a preemptive strike? I wonder how independent is the panel.
IMO, yes.
Wolfson was a VERY wet noodle last year. It would be a bad idea to sink too much hope into that judicial-suckup again.
That jack@ss is also trying to frame the debate over whether or not she can RECOVER.
Never mind that other family member would be happy to take over her permanent care AS-IS, without ANY further recovery.
True, it need not be based on Terri's recovery, although the law is written that such a determination must be made before the tube can be pulled.
I think it's more like high time that Greer gets the guardianship hearing going instead of constantly postponing it. Then if he still rules in Michael's favor, it would be absolutely clear that he's been bribed. Otherwise, there is NO REASON to let Michael remain her guardian any longer. He has broken too many guardianship laws already. It cannot be ignored.
