The publicly funded left-wing fanatics over at the CBC have made an "investigative documentary" slamming Fox News for ideological bias and unfair reporting (pot calling the kettle black?) Now that Fox News is being broadcast in Canada the folks over at the CBC are losing viewers and are attempting to influence the public by "exposing" Fox as a political tool for the Bush administration and viciously attacking their coverage. They've included Dan Rather and Al Franken as victims of FN, portraying the MSM as "fair and balanced" while Fox is extreme right-wing. A study conducted by the FBC concluded that 89% of the CBC appointees are affiliated with the liberal governing party and are funded by tax dollars to the tune of 1 billion dollars per year.
Quote from the website about the show:
The United States is in the midst of a very un-civil war. It's a war of words that's pitting conservative against liberal, that's already divided the country into red and blue. The new gladiators are commentators like Bill O'Reilly and Ann Coulter and their forum is the television studios of networks like Fox. It's loud, it's raucous, but does it have anything to do with the truth?

Further note: In an attempt to influence the American election in the northern swing states, the CBC aired a number of damning documentaries against the Bush administration leading up to November 2nd, 2004. Check them out and notice the airdates!
The Unauthorized Biography of Dick Cheney

CBCwatch.ca is a website exposing the bias of the CBC.
Yeah, that''ll work. Just ask Ted Turner.
It's getting to the point where, if there were any hockey on, I wouldn't want to watch it because it's on the CBC.
from a Toronto Star quote on the page:
"There are several interviews with media personalities and analysts, including sit-downs with liberal rascal Al Franken and conservative viper Ann Coulter"
note: liberal "rascal"
conservative "viper"
oh they're fair and balanced at the Star! (BTW as I understand it, the paper that was the model for the Daily Planet--one or both of Superman's creators had worked there. When I went on a ferry to the Toronto Islands I believe you could easily see their building.)
The stench of liberal fear permeates the air over Canukistan.
if I remember right, CBC-TV runs ads while CBC radio is commercial free...so the people of Canada pay taxes to support this liberal drivel AND they make money on ads, too??
Let them have their opiate... preciouse MSM, precious... oh yes precious.
Rogers and Shaw both have it (Channel 197 on Rogers Digital is FREE for 2 months)Bell ExpressVU does not!
The CBC must be worried about something??? LOL
Just damn.
If you want on the list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...
Fox News is stealing our viewers and ratings! WAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!
"Canukistan." Priceless!
Since I moved into the bush 2 years ago, the only TV I get is a semi-snowy CBC signal from 60 miles away.
I hadn't watched the Commie Broadcasting Corp(excepting hockey, of course) since I was a teenager. What a load of hysterical, nostril-flaring rubbish 'Sticks and Stones' was.
The 'hosts' seemed bemused that anyone would regard the big Networks and the NY Times as 'liberal'. I was gobsmacked.
To crown this piece of Party agitprop, the repulsive Heather Mallick attempted a smear on blowhard Bill O'Reilly by blaming him for some whackjob e-mail she received.
Leftists are morally repulsive, with no redeeming features whatsoever.
If FoxNews makes money in Canada they can scream all they want. Investors want to make money.
I wish Fox would do some advertising in Canada. People don't even know that we have it.
Ann Coulter, a conservative viper? I wouldn't have it any other way!
Are they growing?
If not, then you're right.
