Let's just say my delay is Jetport related.

Let's just say my delay is Jetport related. OIC! You mean they don't have it open yet?
I wonder if southern Maine got hit harder then we did. We got it pretty good, but traffic is moving up here. If your that bogged down in southern Maine, then you must have gotten the worst of it.

Just take the day off, relax and have some of that great Maine Chowder. Mmmm. sounds good to me.
I would, I would just turn on the radio for some Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, etc., plug in my Playstation and relax. B-)

By the way... You'll notice the Maine Forest Rally sign on the back of our Unimog...
It looks like it's going to happen this summer and the following winter!
There was no Maine Forest Winter Rally this winter due to new landowners.
It looks like both the summer and winter rallies will happen this year!
The race will be organized by Rally America.
About 100 cars competing on squirrely logging roads at over 100 MPH!

I don't know if it's open yet or not. The stuff I need for my job was supposed to arrive in Portland very early this morning and I don't know if it's even gotten there at all.

I was just sick watching Madame Dufarge shovel out, so I came up and logged on.
If I can afford it, I'm going to get her a snowblower before next winter.
Or at least a new shovel...

Whoa--you need a snow thrower (or a plow for the front of your 4WD).

Here on the western Connecticut shoreline we didn't even get rain. The kids and I were outside in the hot tub last night. 'Twas excellent.

Up hill... both ways. Why are you late???
The wind was terrible! Every time I took one step forward, I was blown back two!
Hmmmm, then you should have never gotten here.
I wouldn't have, if I didn't turn around to go home...

Yep, rain earlier from the "Storm." It was windy last night as I refilled the hot tub, watered down the skating rink again while looking across the sound through the perfectly clear night sky. Cool, but perfectly clear.

This stuff is packing in real good. Can't tell how deep it is because of the drifts, but they pack hard. Snowblower in on lock and load and only three feet away from the door, but a wall of packed snow inbetween. Still coming down full speed.

I'd say we have about 18" of it in Lewiston. The bottom 3" are heavy and very wet. Still waiting for my plow man.

Still coming down full speed. It's foggy and light snow falling up here. You in southern Maine?
I have been trying to call the Doctor's office. They open at 8, and it's going on 10 and their answering machine is still on. Darn it!
