How many of us have known that french fries fried in grease is not healthy?  6?

What has happened to "personal responsibility?"

just lovely...before too long when you order something at a fast food joint the cashier will be required to tell you, "ma'am, you are aware that the choice you made can be very very bad for your health, right? Yes? Ok, I'm going to need you to sign this disclaimer..."

wow.... who'd a guessed? lol..

a woman MUST have a right to abortion because giving birth MAY kill her.. (ignore a childs right to life, liberty etc)

you must have a permit and/or waiting period and/or background check etc to own a gun (depending on state) because a gun MAY kill someone.

we must allow LE to use drug sniffing dogs to search our vehicles without a warrent because drugs MAY kill someone.

we must wear seat belts because otherwise we MAY die in a car wreck.

we must not have a privately owned business where we chose to allow our customers to legally smoke because second hand smoke MAY kill.

and now .... private owned business will not be allowed to sell unhealthy food to fat people - or risk a lawsuit because it MAY kill the customer.

wow. if our Founders could see us now. personal liberty and responsibilty gone out the window..

nanny laws are wrong, because there is NO end to them. i keep reminded people of the UN's agenda to get rid of small arms world wide because they did a study showing some people commit suicide using a firearm. all these non-conservatives who agree with these nanny laws are enemies to the constitution. and that's a fact.

Perhaps not just appeasement from McDonald's.

If the lawsuits hurt its competitors more than it does McDonald's, then McDonald's wins.

Personal responsibility? Ha! It just slays me that it hasn't occurred to anyone that McD's might not be healthy unless you opt for a salad and the yogurt parfait. DUH. And "ban trans fats.org"???? OY. Our society is upside down and backwards.
