He's very conservative - a good old boy who wears cowboy boots and chews tobacco (no kidding). He's the kind of guy you'd want to go drink a beer with, and he's a very astute politician. Most Virginians think he was an outstanding governor and he's a staunch pro-Second Amendment kind of guy.
Allen has my support, he's not like a regular senator. He has executive experience.
