Why doesn't the court ask these questions? Find out how Good ole' Judge Greer got his JUDGESHIP and you will find the answer to your question.

Find out why this case has controlled by GREER since the beginning. Funny, that it has never gone to any other judge (other than for their review).
Find GREER's roots, find out WHO PUT HIM IN OFFICE, and how it was DONE ILLEGALLY.
Then you will know, who he is and WHAT MASTER HE SERVES.

I contacted the insurance fraud people:
Thank you for contacting the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud.
I don't know the answer to your question without more details. But filing a major lawsuit can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees with no guarantee the plaintiff will ever see a penny. That's why insurance companies don't take civil action more often.

Why don't insurance companies sue to recover their funds that are not used for the purpose they were granted?
Case, Terri Schiavo was granted 1.7 million, but within a month of having the award in hand, Michael Schiavo had hired an attorney to ...... He had stopped all therapy, and medial attention. I doubt a jury would have awarded that amount if he had said she wanted to die. Therefore, he was either seeking to gain the funds for his personal use or he is lying now as he claims she told him she wanted to dies years before her "accident". A curious mind wants to know.
Please respond.

I rarely post here but wanted to say what a great article on the legal flip flop. Here is a link to what ran in the St. Petersburg Times after the malpractice award. Makes very interesting reading especially where the attorney for the SCHIAVO's makes the point that, "you can tell she has some sense of her predicament."

On CourtTV the poll favors Michael. How sad. You can vote on 13th Juror.

I read this. There is clearly something very rotten going on. It's so obvious it reads like a cheap detective novel. "In nursing home due to heart attack brought on by eating disorder?" If it weren't so tragic and abominable, it would be comic.

Good one!
St. Petersburg Times. St. Petersburg, Fla.: Nov 12, 1992.
Tuesday night, a jury awarded Mrs. Schiavo and her husband, Michael [Schiavo], more than $2-million in a lawsuit they brought against the gynecologist who never asked about her medical or nutritional history while treating her.
During the trial, attorneys for the Schiavos showed a film of a day in Mrs. Schiavo's life at Sabal Palms Nursing Home in Largo. Although she's in a vegetative state, said St. Petersburg lawyer Glenn Woodworth, "you can tell she has some sense of her predicament."
