BAGHDAD, Iraq - The number of U.S. military deaths in Iraq rose to 1,500 after the military announced Thursday that a soldier was killed in action just south of the capital, an Associated Press count showed.

GOOD post SB407.
The poster wants attention.
He is being deliberately obtuse and
argumentative, ignoring the fact that
he posed the question.
"Doesn't it bother you, even a little, that you directly aid and abet the enemy and contribute to that KIA number (which you intentionally inflate) over which you fret?"
I'm sure it doesn't bother him or his buddies one bit. These puss bags that take joy in each American combat fatality don't care one bit about Soldiers or our cause. What they do care about is their communistic, socialistic agenda. An agenda that has been so thorougly and completely proven a total failure for one reason and one reason only: the United States of America. The US has stood like a rock in the world as the anti-communist, and these demented little fvckwads realize that the only possible way for their sick agenda to succeed is for the US to fail spectacularly in every way.
Like Halliburton?
Damn straight! They've plucked my last nerve with this crap!
You don't speak for our troops.
Most of the troops I speak with tell me they would die for this cause. And yes, many have.
On Election Day in January when we witnessed freedom and bravery happening amongst such violence, one of the soldiers told me, "I'd happily die for a cause like this."
I thought about it for a moment and answered emphatically, "So would I." I meant it.
Some people just don't understand the glory of freedom and its associated cost. After witnessing what I have over the last year and couple months, I have no respect for any American who takes the liberty his predecessors fought and died for for granted.
Obviously. Each death, apparently, further certifies their point of view, which makes them feel all warm and gooey inside. It also makes them traitors, but never mind.
Regards, Ivan
Halliburton.
ANOTHER KEYWORD of a democrat.
Run along... DU called, they're missing an idiot.
Bin Laden isn't in Iraq! If we had sent 200,000 troops off to get Bin Laden we would have him by now.
So is it worth getting Saddam and losing Bin Laden?
So Saddam was one of the good tyrants we should have left alone? It's pretty moronic to think he didn't support international terrorism.
Freedom is on the march, baby, and there is not a damn thing you and your ANSWER ilk can do about it.
All part and parcel of the same network of murdering Islamofascist thugs.
BTW Ask the Afghanis, Iraqis, and Lebanese if it's worth it.
Here is another quote or two from another soldier who happens to be my son. "We get sick of the press finding a few idiots who gripe an only quoting them". Here is a quote from a Marine who is also my son" "It's strange to be quoted so often by people who normally want to have nothing to do with the military". Yet another quote by my youngest son. "People always quote the guy who happens to by p***sd off about something at the moment".
You have to understand most of the folks who have family in the military have had a belly full of the "from a soldier" quotes that are obtained from moonbat sites and usually have questionable quotes to boot.
Don't even try that one. You mangy hippies shreiked long and loud about how wrong it was to attack the Taliban in Afghanistan as well, and they did directly attack us on 9/11. You gleefully predicted a "quagmire" then, tens of thousands of body bags, our total humiliation, etc. I know you and your democrat masters have worked long and hard at rewriting history to make it look like you supported that war, but did you really think we'd forget how you really felt?
But me, I'm glad the mods are letting you spew. I actually like taking on you self-rightoues, terror-enabling cowards. Your weak accusations and ignorant questions invariably highlight just how out of touch you are with reality and how much you despise America's military (and often our country itself). You do us a favor by marginalizing the Left, and for that I am grateful.
Here's a question. If this war was such a mistake, such a disaster, I would think that the soldiers over which you fret would know better than any of us on some chat room.
Why, then, did President Bush get an estimated 75-80% of the military vote?
Say it with me:
Four more years!!
Four more years!!
Four more years!!
Four more years!!
Four more years!!
Four more years!!
You have just said the magic word!!!!
It only took you about 5 posts to mention 'Haliburton'.
Apparently you think you do.
Try going here.
Who says we've lost him?
I haven't seen any towers come down since President Bush went after him.
What's your gripe? Still smarting over the whole Lebanon thing?
The press must be thrilled. Meanwhile, real Americans are sad for the families but determined to win the peace.
We had 7000 killed in a week of fighting at the battle of Iwo Jima. It was worth it then and it is worth it now. The stakes are just as high. Now go play with yourself moonbat!
