CINCINNATI -- Police say a Cincinnati man raped a 3-year-old girl and broadcast it live on the Internet, according to Cincinnati TV station WLWT.

Kraft, 31, is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center. His bond was set Wednesday at $750,000. Kraft faces up to 28 years in prison if convicted.
A tip from the Secret Service to the Regional Electronic and Computer Investigations Unit resulted in Kraft's arrest, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. Undercover Secret Service agents said they made contact with Kraft in a sex site chat room.
They said Kraft told them they could watch him have sex with a 3-year-old old live on the Internet.
Secret Service and local authorities arrested Kraft at his home Tuesday night and executed a search warrant on his home and computer. Investigators are continuing to examine the computer.
RECI is a task force of sheriff's deputies and Cincinnati police officers.

WINTON HILLS - A man is jailed today after federal authorities got a tip that he was offering live footage of him having sex with a 3-year-old girl that could be viewed over the Internet.
Paul A. Kraft, 31, was arrested Tuesday night at his home in the 4900 block of Winneste Avenue. He was charged with pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and two counts of rape. His bond was set this morning at $750,000. He can only get out if he pays that total amount in cash.
The investigation started Tuesday when a Hamilton County Sheriff's detective who works with the department's computer crime unit got information from the U.S. Secret Service in Miami that Kraft was "offering live video via the internet of him participating in sexual conduct with a 3-year-old female,'' according to a statement from the sheriff's office.
With that information, Det. Rick Sweeney got a search warrant for Kraft's house and computer. Officials searched the house late Tuesday. They did not release what they found. Officers also did not disclose the relationship between Kraft and the girl.
If convicted of rape, Kraft could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison each charge. The other charge carries a possible penalty of two to eight years confinement.
The case goes before a grand jury March 18.
It is ridiculous that we have people in for life for growing marijuana plants....and we let child rapists out in a few years.

OH MY GOD!!! The thought of him broadcasting his raping of a three year old makes me nauseus... there are those who need to be taken into a field somewhere by their victim's family, and frankly just allow them to do whatever they want. i don't care if they want to chop this m'fer up into pieces, let 'em!! what a sick f*ck!!!!

Old Vlad the Impaler had a neat method. Tie the guy's hands and feet, Sit him on a sharp spike and then slowly lower the floor or raise the spike about a quater of an inch an hour for 3 days.
Assuming he were to survive prison and be released, (not that ever being released, alive anyway, should even be an option) someone with a rifle needs to make sure he doesn't clear the front gate.
Child rape should warrant a federally mandated death sentence.
