March 10, 2005 – Abortion clinics throughout the United States appear to be hiding cases of statutory rape of underage girls by older males. In Kansas, Attorney General Phill Kline is asking for the records of at least 80 girls who were under 14 when they had abortions. Under Kansas law, an underage girl who is impregnated is considered a victim of rape.

TVC has published a report on this controversy and the willingness of abortion clinics to cover up felony crimes against under age girls. The report is available both in an HTML format and PDF format.

Access TVC’s and Life Dynamics expose of how Planned Parenthood and Abortion Federation of America clinic counselors are willing to hide the rape of girls: Child Sex Abuse Cover Up

TAKE ACTION: Download and distribute this report to your state legislators and urge them conduct hearings into the cover up of the rape of underage girls in abortion clinics.

15 years ago, stats in Kansas showed that 2/3's of the babies BORN to girls under the age of 16 were fathered by men over the age of 18. Yet no one was prosecuted for these cases.

Law enforcement needs to start at the maternity wards.

Under 14?!!! What about under 16 or 17?!!! I presume, the baby-killing clinincs are also withholding this information from parents as well.

DNA evidence should be preserved in all cases of underage pregnancy/abortion. Then, when one of the "fathers" is busted for something else, as is likely, statutory rape charges may be added to the load.

DNA evidence should be preserved in all cases of underage pregnancy/abortion.

Excellent idea, as a crime is known to have been committed.
