That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:

Wolfson's report states that in the four years after her collapse, Michael "had insistently held to the premise that Theresa could recover and the evidence is incontrovertible that he gave his heart and soul to her treatment and care . . . In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."

Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

That offer was made recently and that money referenced is long gone.

Neither he, nor anyone in that family has ever controlled the trust. A Trust manager does that. The statement was absolutely worthless on it's face, as they can establish no control over the trust fund. It goes to him upon her death, but he has already made arrangements to give any remaining monies to a charity.

It was just a PR move. Nothing more.

I thought that a doctor, an impartial doctor, was assigned to Terri to determine what is best for her.

I am sorry, but once again, you are incorrect.

The doctors wanted to insert a stomach tube years ago and we did not want that. But we also stood to benefit financially when she died and didn't want any complications from a decision we made, so we had the court assign a doctor to her case to make the decision.

I think that you made the 'best' decision, in that case. Considering the position you were in, you guys took yourself out of the loop, and gave the decision to an unbiased person with expertise in that portion of the medical field. That was the best moral, and legal thing to do.

Maybe Michael tried to do the same thing. I still believe that FELOS was looking for a case like TERRI's to use to support his beliefs, so use to help him in his EUTHANASIA CAMPAIGN, and to profit illegally from MEDICARE SCAMS (which he and the HOSPICE of which he was on the BOARD OF DIRECTORS) has been accused of by the DEPT of HEALTH and HUMAN SERVICES to the tune of over $14 million.

I think FELOS is using him, and having the doctors tell MICHAEL and the JUDGE that TERRI is a vegetable.

Terri will be cremated. Her cremation has already been paid for out of her trust fund.

Thank you for that information. Terri will be cremated, against the wishes of her parents, and conveniently making any autopsy after her 'burial' impossible.

The money that was supposed to go into Rehabilitation for Terri will be used to CREMATE her.

I'm afraid it only gives credence to those on the otherside that charge the Republicans, Bush etc. are Fasist/Nazis, that they will say or do anything to make their point or get their way.

I've found this to be a pretty un-biased information site complete with much of the court records and testimony.
