Key evidence that the judge can't see. Some cases do not require watching videos. A blind judge could perhaps preside over that kind of trial. But being unable to read body language, bone scan evidence, unable to see key evidence with his own eyes, etc: should he preside over life-and-death cases?

All the seniors that are demanding that social security be left alone better be concerned about the slippery slope on this case.

Social security problems could be solved by allowing a bunch of them to die.

The slippery slope with gays started 20 years ago with non- discrimination legislation having "sexual orientation" slipped in right after gender and religion.

The nondiscrimination is currently with gay marriage being touted as a civil right and a near constitutional crisis.

The next barrier on this front is legitimizing pedophilia.

Right to die is already becoming duty to die in Europe. Seniors wake up, the life you save may be your own.
