TERRI can breath unassisted.
TERRI can eat food thru her mouth, food that MICHAEL has been stopping her from having for years.
TERRI can SPEAK.
TERRI is NOT the Living Dead.
TERRI is capable of being re-hab'ed.
TERRI rehabilitation that her "Husband" MICHAEL has been preventing for years as he continues to make babies with his lover.
The Pittsburgh Post Gazette quotes one of TERRI's nurses saying in a Court Affidavid that:
"TERRI spoke on a regular basis, sayng such things as 'Mommy' and 'help me.'"
When she put a washcloth in TERRI's hand to keep her fingers from curling together, [Nurse] Leyer said "MICHAEL saw it and made me take it out, saying that was therapy that he had forbidden."
It gets worse:
"Throughout my time at Palm Gardens, MICHAEL SCHIAVO was focused on TERRI's death," the RN noted. "MICHAEL would say 'When is she going to die?" 'Has she died yet?' and 'When is that BITCH gonna die?'"
"I frequently put orange juice or apple juice in her washcloth to give her something nice to taste, which made her happy. On three or four occassions I personally fed TERRI small mouthfuls of Jello, which she was able to swallow and enjoyed immensely."
The only reason this nurse didn't feed TERRI more was "because I was afraid of being caught by MICHAEL."
The U.S. Constitution guarantees each person the Right to LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
Which of these 3 Constituionally guaranteed Rights has MICHAEL been properly looking after on behalf of his "Wife" TERRI..?
That's THE Issue here.

He wasted NO time, did he? Michael didn't even wait enough time to make it appear that he was sincere.
It's so OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! There were no "TOUGH" decisions in this case. It's NOT EVEN CLOSE!
Is there any corroboration to these accusations or are they 'just hearsay'?
IMO being engaged...having a "girfriend" and children while still "married" to Terri, does not impart the "Till Death Do Us Part" marriage vows. I wonder, if Terri and Michael were married in a church (Catholic, Jewish, Protestant..et.al), and would that church have the power to disavow their marriage based on Michael's immoral lifestyle.
I hope you don't actually beleive that. It might be about money or about wanting her out of the way, but I seriously doubt anybody is going to all this trouble for retirement or SS $$.

over their daughter. With daily love and
interaction, Terri will have the best chance
of recovery.
The Federal Judge has had 2 hours now...is he going to wait until he hears the case lawyers before he says to put the tube back in or not? How about putting it in until the judge makes his decision one way or the other.
hell, all he has to do is drag his feet a bit and the point will be moot.
Anybody listening to the doctor being interviewed on Hannity? He is painting a whole different picture of Terri than what the Lamestream Press has presented. WOW!!

I was inspired by a radio talk show caller for my tagline.
This situation makes me feel like we are dangling by a moral thread in this country. How soon until those who are found to be inconvenient to care for....are left on the corner with the garbage. The decisions by those in power to "do the right thing" with regard to Terri; will IMO set a landmark precident. The lack of outrage by the American churches is deafening.
Had Hannity, now local talk show host fighting for Terri.
Are you listening to Hannity? He has had a whole lineup of great inverviews so far.
