Gonzo:

You're a lot of fun, but I think your screen name and tag line say it all.

"The entire world is watching this entire drama unfold right before their eyes and many are absolutely horrified and chilled beyond belief at what they see."

Except in Europe.

Well, hi, gonzo -- thanks for your post. Yeah, I knew you were close, but I thought you were more north of there. Would you please say more about your experience there?

I was there Oct '03. It was good in that I did get to talk w/Schindlers and find out more about the situation through the years, and contribute to financial need that arose while I was there . . . but all the while, Terri was inside DYING . . . and what was I doing??? I'd driven over there from an Orlando high school competition. I was hurting for Terri as a mom hurts, and I was determined to take her something to drink -- then when I met Schindlers, it was clear they did not want anyone doing that. That evening I went up to a policeman and said what if I wanted to take something to Terri? and he said if I did that I would be arrested. I said the Schindlers didn't want that & neither did my family . . . I admire those who are there -- it can't be easy for them.

"His political career is actually pretty minor compared to living with the guilt for the rest of his life."

I am always amazed at how Politicians can compartmentalize what they do.

Jeb could've acted on this hours ago. It's 3:05am now. Jeb is fast asleep. It doesn't appear as though he wishes to do anything.

I'm extremely upset about the way this is turning out.

Unfortunately you are right. I am perceiving him as a coward. A nice guy, and I like him. Nonetheless, a suited coward. Unfit for the Presidency.

Thanks for the overseas perspective. I think you are quite right, this murder, if it happens, will be a PR blunder bigger than America's national debt.

Unfit for the Presidency.

Yep. I suppose it's good to find out NOW rather than later.

The "leaders" of the world including the politicians don't just have to worry about the people they are meant to represent. There is a force much higher than all of us. He holds sway over the events in the world. He founded the world on truth and justice. He wants truth and justice to reign, not lies and injustice.

Time is short...

It's as if they are afraid of not being able to do anything except be politicans. Then again, maybe their fears are well founded...

"Except in Europe."

There is a post with an article in the German press. A facility in Bavaria also said they would take Terri and treat her free of charge.

Don't think the Supremes will be oblivious to what the world press is saying.

I think Florida should go 4 years with a Democrat in the Governors Mansion, they deserve it.

There is your perspective from overseas.

Yes, I suspect the French, the ones that just last summer bumped off thousands of their senior citizens in nursing homes and home homes, while they were on their August vacations during a heat wave, are particularly horrified at what is happening in Florida. Quelle horreur!

After his failure to address the high-profile deaths of several children in the State's care over the past few years, I wouldn't shed a tear if his career is already finished.

This is a perspective from here in Missouri too! I am livid, disappointed and heartbroken over what is happening here.

I will NEVER think of my country in the same way again. I'm not as proud to be an American right now as I once was. This is a sad, sad time in the history of our country. I don't think we will EVER overcome this horrid act. Our integrity in the world is gone, if our government assists her husband in murdering her!!!!!!!!!!
