Actually, this is old news: we knew about it on the day when her feeding tube was removed. More than just the lawyer heard it--a roomfull of people heard it, including her aunt and uncle who were on GMA this morning.
You're right, this information was also posted to FR last Sunday afternoon along with news of nurse Carla Sauer Iyer's affidavit about Terri's condition. Both were out on the internet a couple of days it seems before Fox News (first of the networks) picked them up, did their own investigation and then aired these startling news items. Fox & Friends did an interview with Iyer on their show early this last week.
