dont know......but at least you are polite unlike some here who are so emotion filled they are throwin invective and Nazi crap around like it was DU.......anyway, to answer your question.....don't know, but I think Michael should have given up custody a long time ago......I think he actually did alot for her early on, and now, well, he should have just moved on and given her back to the parents.....that is my opinion of him....he has not endured himself with many......

I HAD NO GOOD ANSWER AS YOUNG LIBERAL STUDENT. TODAY AS A OLDER MATURE CONSERVATIVE ADULT UNDERSTAND. WHEN WE ARE NO LONGER A BLESSING AND ADDING VALUE TO OUR SOCIETY IT IS TIME TO MOVE ON

God didn't put us here primarily to add value to our society but for His pleasure and glory. He can move us on when He wants feeding tube or no.

>> Terri fits the profile of the battered wife perfectly. An autopsy is needed to document the long term injuries.
>> The murderer Michael plans to hide the evidence, ordering an immediate cremation...

I'm sure you are RIGHT.

But look what CBS 60 minutes is preparing to air tomorrow to refute that...

That letter from the Democrat National Committee, oops I meant Terri Schiavo, sure looks authentic.

yes......exactly.......you said it well. I don't like a damned thing going on but we need to pray for "acceptance" and do what we can for future laws etc.....hell, I didn't like the verdict in the OJ Simpson case, but I wasn't going to hunt him down and kill him....

DNA Evidence could prove this of an alleged adulterer is in fact an adulterer.

This is funny but some how does not make me laugh.

Matthew,

It doesn't matter what you want.

It doesn't matter what I want.

The only thing that matters is what Terri wanted!!!

The husband and the parents have a bitter dispute about what Terri's wishes were. And they have battled it out in the courts for many years. The courts have the job of weighing the evidence on both sides and coming to a conclusion on what Terri's final wishes were.

Do you find it inconceivable that a person would not want to continue to exist in a vegetative state, unable to think, let alone interact with the environment?

How about you?

How about simple compassion for your loved ones??? Would you like your spouse, children, parents to suffer the agony that the Schindlers & Schiavos have endured???

Wouldn't it be generous and compassionate of you to want to move on to the next world and let your survivors move on with their lives?

Would you put your family through this kind of horror?

"Unfortunately she (purposely?) left out the basis for the malpractice suit (which must have been affirmed, since there was indeed a hefty award to MS). "

malpractice awards do not have to have any merit. The jury is not 12 medical experts, but 12 civilians not smart enough to get off the jury of educated enough to be thrown off. Often juries give hefty awards because of slick-meister lawyers and sad cases that may or may not have anything to do with real malpractice. Unfortunately too often juries are incapable of understanding the medical science to make intelligent verdicts-think OJ

Please cite your basis for condemnation of the neurologist who found Terri had not had a heart attack. Link please.

"IF YOU WOULD GET OFF TERRI BACK SHE WOULD DIE IN PEACE "

This isn't just about Terri. My main concern is about the court system.
