In his latest ruling on Saturday, Greer said the Schindlers could have presented Weller's affidavit at an emergency hearing three days ago, but did not, and therefore "waived their right to raise Terri Schiavo's alleged verbalization."Un-freaking-believable.

GWB needs to order a full investigation by the Justice Dept. I'm not a lawyer, but would it not be possible for the Schindlers to immediately file a wrongful death lawsuit after Terri passes, and insist that her body not be cremated as it might provide evidence?

It'll happen the day after he gets finished the Sandy Berger trial...

AP News is reporting that the husband has denied Terri communion on Easter.
Shameful.

The Schindlers waived their right to raise Terri Schiavo's verbalization because they were three days late?????? Do you think judge that they might have had a few other things on their minds? You dare to equate a lapse of time for action by the parents while you send Terri to death for an eternity? I don't really want to call you a heathen bastard but I am beginning to think that's a really good label for you.....

DANTE'S INFERNO: In the tenth pouch there were three groups of falsifiers. The falsifiers of metals (alchemists) were plagued by a disease like leprosy. Dante spoke with two of them, who energetically scratched their scabs off. The second group was made up of those who impersonated other people, like Gianni Schicci and Myrrha. These were insane. There were also counterfeiters and liars.
I'm thinkin' lawyers deserve a special "pouch" of their own.

That statement by him struck me as obscene. It was positively perverse. If I were her mother, it might be the stake through my heart, that a sick man like him was admiring the beauty of my daughter on her deathbed by virtue of his services. He sounded like a sick serial killer.
I tried to tell my husband who is off skiing about this tonite when he called, and he, who is not an emotional man, just screamed for me to stop. He was so upset.

President Bush should order the National guards to protect the body of Terri Schindler from being immediately cremated by Mike "The Murderer" Schiavo, thus destroying all trace of his physical spousal abuse toward Terri.
My arguement exactly. I wouldn't care about my political position, I'd do it. I look at it this way, if Jesus died on rhe cross for me and all of us, He gave His life for us, the least I could do is risk my position to save Terri. I'd send the Army, NG, the Cuban Army, "The Soviet Super Troopers," even Stargate SG-1 if I could save her.
BTW, I'm a role playing game junkie, FYI, "The Soviet Super Troopers" were the elite of the elite units I made up for one of my post-World War III role playing games. Think Spetnaz on steroids.

The reporter on Fox News (Geraldo's show) not fifteen minutes ago said, in response to this report, that this was not the case, that the parents wanted the protesters to stay outside the hospice.

This is making my stomach upset. Why would he allow her communion? He isnt allowing her any other staple.
To: bannie
During the press conference they asked Felos about MS safety. He stated that the authorities are doing a good job
HEY MICHAEL HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR SECURITY LEAVE????
Lets see what is the price of private securiy service these days?
Oh by the way people are hating you already, why not let her have communion? It can put some crazies over the top!!!!
(please not I am not advocating violence, this is just an observation)

Here, we're informed. "Out there", the people that have actually heard of this case still believe (and will continue to believe) that Terri was on "life support" and that her "husband" should have the decision and that the evil Republicans were just trying to control everyone's personal life I don't think so. That may have been true a few days ago, but most people expected that she would die when life support was removed. The fact that she has held on for 8 days without food or water is beginning to worry a lot of people. This isn't what they thought it would be.

"AP News is reporting that the husband has denied Terri communion on Easter."
That is vindictive in the extreme on his part. God will deal with this man.
Whatever, her parents are gracious to tell folks to go home and spend time with their families. That is always good advice. I'm going to go hug my wife and son right now.
May the Grace of Jesus Christ be known by and with you all this Easter and every day.

Actually, I heard that one of their advisors told everyone to go home. The Schindlers are begging everyone to stay.
