Hell, I only eat about 1,000 calories a day. My body would reject this.

That would be your meal of the day. You would have to eat very light after that.

life imitates art. remember this, from The Simpsons? . . .
We take eighteen ounces of sizzling ground beef, and soak it in rich, creamery butter, then we top it off with bacon, ham, and a fried egg. We call it the Good Morning Burger.

Look, the salads are fairly good, particularly the one with the hot shrimp.
So, I go to Burger King regularly. Now that they've increased the size of the breakfast sandwich, I may go there and chow down while tossing the dangerous bun away.
Some of them will give you "extra tomatoes", but some of them don't ~ just an extra piece. I think they should add tomatoes to the side order list.

Hell, I only eat about 1,000 calories a day. My body would reject this. Nothing wrong with that, as long as you are not getting all your calories from your namesake.

43 grams is roughly the equivalent of 4 pieces of bread. Still, there are those sesame seeds, and they are pretty good for you. What I do is nibble the seeds off.
Most folks don't realize that all that extra blood sugar drifting around drives up your triglyceride count. I dropped mine 300 points in 2 months after I gave up all starch!
Diabetics are well advised to avoid the buns, and non-diabetics ought to think about it.

What's the carb count?

A picture of Michael Moore in shorts? That's enough to cause someone to lose their appetite, and maybe even their most recent meal.
To: muawiyah
Me too. I'm a diabetic and I don't eat bread and if I do its low carb (about 5 grams per slice). I can't eat white potatoes but can treat myself to sweet potatoes once in a while. NO Pasta either. Only thing I really miss and it really hurts me is PIZZA!
