TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Legal setbacks for Terri Schiavo's parents continue even after the brain-damaged woman's death.
The Pinellas County Medical Examiner's Office denied the parents' request to have independent medical experts observe Schiavo's autopsy has been denied.
Over their seven-years-long legal battle, Bob and Mary Schindler sought independent investigation of their daughter's condition. They wanted to select a neuropathologist and a forensic expert to observe her autopsy.
The autopsy was completed yesterday. Results are not expected for several weeks.
Terri Schiavo's body was cremated today. Her husband plans to bury her remains in a family plot in Pennsylvania. He is required to tell the Schindlers about any memorial services he plans for her, and where the ashes are interred.
The Schindlers have planned their own memorial service for their daughter Tuesday night in Gulfport.

Jews were a small minority of the overall population; their being targeted in a 'unique and special' way would not preclude the absolute number of murdered Jews from being roughly comparable to the absolute number of murdered non-Jews. I don't know how precisely either number can be determined given that the Germans destroyed many of the records of their crimes.

I think we already "know" what the "results" of the autopsy will be based on this information.
The ME, who just happened to be chosen by Felos, is going to come out and tell us that Terri was severely brain damaged, there's no way she could have been responsive, there was no evidence of abuse, and there will be no mention of the electrodes in her head that were supposed to maintained or removed and could have caused some of her problems yadda, yadda, yadda.
I'll bet this guy didn't even do an autopsy. Felos was probably in the room with him, getting off on all the dead bodies, and just dictated to the ME what the "results" would be.Bet the ME has stock in the Sun Coast Hospice, Is a member of S Scientology, a member of the Helmlock Society, or all of the above.
(I know it's too much to ask any worthless politician to investigate so I won't bother.)
As for Terri, I hope her family can find some peace in the fact that she is home with Jesus, the Pope has joined her, and Michael Schiavo can not hurt her any more. He can be a two-bit low life heartless scum bag about her body with the cremation exc... but, she is finally free from him and his cruelty.
I think that she is smiling knowing this and knowing that her family is free from him too. She is in a place where he can't get her, and where he will NEVER be allowed to go.
Prayers for Terri's family for comfort as they go through their grief.
I did not turn it into anything. The offensive photos of starving Jews in concentration camps and the Nazi flags accomplished that. Amazing how you were able to ignore the offensive posts because they related to a Jewish thing. Not your concern I suppose.

As a matter of fact I respect Isreal's stand against Arab agression.
I helped in the design and fabrication for the first units back in the mid 1970's. We all signed one of the orignal flight-certified units,(with NASA approved marking ink, of course, and subjected the signed unit to the environmental tests to make sure that the signatures were compatible with all applicable NASA specs, and were duly signed off by the NASA inspection staff LOL... and I am not positive if it was used in the Enterprise OV-101 or not... I have always wanted to go see the display, and see if I couldn't get permission to go aboard to see if one of the units was the signed one ;-) I still feel proud of that. I have a spare of one of the leads, and a connector, on a plaque which the Company presented to me, with the details of what it was used for, and then a humorous saying "Your Tax Dollars at Work : $2,000/ft) which occupies a place of honor in my ham shack. (I wanted to put it in the living room, but Mrsgwmoore was not particularly happy with the idea... I wonder why??? LOL
It is nice to know that another Greg is carrying on the work on the Shuttle program. I haven't had a chance to see a launch since 1980, on the first mission, when we were invited down. A fantastic time was had by all the engineers concerned [(and then we got to see the launch) (Huge Wicked Grin)]

Go back to 2000. The 11th circuit court ruled Janet Reno could not send Elian back to Cuba. Reno still sent in troops to send Elian back to Cuba.
If Reno did this, why couldn't Jeb.
Plus, Terri was a life and death situation.

The rest of the "contributory causes" will be the original injury (anoxic cortical atrophy) due to (cardiac arrest) contributed to by (hypokalemia( and on and on with bulemia, maybe the fall, maybe a calcium lack, causing the fractures, heck, they might even work osteoporosis into it, citing bulemia.
One thing for sure, there is going to be NO mention of any foul play involved. MS is going to look like an angel in this whole thing. That being said, I have spent this whole agonizing period trying to be objective (that's hard) and think logically about "what happened", and I keep coming back to the "crime scene" scenario. My big question is that nobody knows, or is talking about, or has really investigated just what the heck happened in that house prior to the 8AM 911 call. All that remains is hearsay, and the Paramedic report. There is no timeline, and no proof, and no way, of obtaining, after all these years, any evidence about what really happened.
Dis MS "just hear a "thud"? If so, there is a whole lot of missing time unaccounted for for this severe anoxia.. IF he was the "caring, loving husband", he would have made a 922 call and been trying one-person CPR at the same time.
So, speculating here, we have a long period of time with an anoxic brain, not just hypoxic, the circulation had stopped, and no O2 was getting to the brain.
I just can't figure out why the local LEO's weren't on this as suspected abuse from day 1. There sure seems to be enough people who made claims that abuse was occurring. NOw, I realize this was in '90, and there wasn't the same instant domestic violence arrest statutes that are on the books today, but I am rather astounded that no red flags went up.. The years of obfuscation and stonewalling are NOT the actions of an innocent person, but then, that is just IMHO, and everyone's opinion may vary.
That being said, I still think that a crime was committed, that crime being Murder (although, if MS or whoever were finally charged, it probably would be knocked down to manslaughter). and in a perfect world, a whole bunch of people would be charged as accessories after the fact.
Of course, I don't have all the facts, or all the documents, or notes, over all these 15 years, so my hypothesis is necessarily flawed. I just don't want to work on emotions, but provable data. My Religious beliefs, and my Moral Beliefs, are one thing, but to prove a crime, one can't go by those alone. It sure would be nice for them to be admissible, but they aren't....It's hard to separate one from the other, though. I have a real problem doing so!
