Sliding down the slippery slope of murdering on a whim. In this case there was a living will strictly forbidding removal of a feeding tube. Granny got sick 2 weeks ago and (lacking any Power of Attorney) is busy trying to murder her.
OMG! This is insane!

Granny got sick 2 weeks ago and granddaughter(lacking any Power of Attorney) is busy trying to murder her.
I think we're just about out of slope, actually.
The immediate family can simply ask for her discharge from the facility and get it. So we're not getting all the facts here, just a bunch of hysteria.
Calling Judgenfuhrer Greer! Calling Judgenfuhrer Greer!
Freefall, not slippery slope. Thanks to all the liberals and judicial tyrants for creating an environment where murder is becoming an unenforced crime.
There's something about this story that just doesn't feel quite right..
Here we go...maybe she and Michael Schiavo can hook up after he gets tired of the mom of his 2 children.
We greased the slope.
I finished reading the entire article....I am not an attorney...there is something very wrong here.
When Ken Mullinax and McLeod showed up at the hospice the following day, April 1, to meet with Todd and arrange emergency air transport for Magouirk's transfer to the University of Alabama-Birmingham Medical Center, Hospice-LaGrange stalled them while Gaddy went before Troup County, Ga., Probate Court Judge Donald W. Boyd and obtained an emergency guardianship over her grandmother. Under the terms of his ruling, Gaddy was granted full and absolute authority over Magouirk, at least for the weekend. She took advantage of her judge-granted power by ordering her grandmother's feeding tube pulled out, just hours after it had been inserted.
Quite a bit, actually.
Welcome to FR. This is so sad.....God help us all when we become "inconvenient."
Considering it is from WorldNutDaily, that is no surprise. I'm sure they're leaving out any fact that doesn't support their agenda.
Question: What is the value of Granny's estate, that Granddaughter wants to get her hands on it so fast?
As I stated before, Terri is only the beginning, not the end.
What you are witnessing is the olving of the social security and medicade and medicare problem.
Once a socety allows legally sanctioned murders for whatever reason to begin. It will not and cannot stop killing.
Before this is over, the average age in the United States will be 55.
