Also from article:

Clinton is scheduled to make his first public appearance as a U.N. envoy Wednesday. He is to meet Secretary General Kofi Annan for the first time since his appointment was announced on Feb. 1, and they will hold a news conference, U.N. spokesman Stephane Dujarric announced Friday.

File this under: Foot in door.

Billy's attempting to become Jimmy Carter 2 but his lust for trashy women and cheeseburgers is greater than his lust for a Nobel prize.

Yeah, brilliant of the UN to put this guy in charge of billions of dollars. He'll make "Oil for Food" look like a Mother Teresa operation.

No way! Make Him go out and get a job all on his own!
This has got to be the ultimate insult, so far. It lends the stamp of Our approval to everything the sorry POS has ever done!

Now we'll see just how stupid it was to appoint WJC in the first place. He'll be travelling the world on our dime and doing all he can to secure his position and Hullary's.
Way to go Bush.

Maybe so. Maybe not.

Remember, Clinton told that reporter of Air Force One that he had never expected to fly on AF1 again. I think he knows that Hillary has no chance of winning.

I suggest we let him get both feet in before the Rug gets pulled.

His "Brave New World" should be as a shattered vase, broken scattered and stepped on.

Dismissal and Failure to be added to his "Mixed Legacy"
(Jimmy is starting to overtake him in the Leagacy department)
