And we spend over 400 billion dollar a year on the military which larger than EU, China, Japan, Russia, India, and many other countries combined. That is one more additional reason we are the only superpower in the world.

Good point. Just one Carrier Battlegroup has more firepower than the entire Chinese "Navy." Just one Boomer has more nukes than China's entire arsenal.

In my list of the good things going for the US, ie brain power, natural resources, good political system, educated workforce, I left out:

excellent first-class infrastructure ( the great number of great airports, ports, highways, rail),

large number of superb universities with the world's best Hi-Tech R&D
