The hat is a "No Fear" hat, and it says on the inside of the hat, "Beaten paths are for beaten men."
I was wearing the hat and out with some friends (ancient history this is) and a bubbly young thing reads the hat gets a lightbulb over her head and says, "Are you a predator?"
Her friends didn't let her live it down for the rest of the evening.
