Woman convicted of rape
In a landmark case a 23-year-old woman has been convicted by a Bergen court for the rape of a 31-year-old man.
The woman was sentenced to nine months in prison and ordered to pay NOK 40,000 (USD 6,385) to the man.
The incident occurred on Jan. 4 last year in a Bergen apartment. The man testified that he fell asleep on a sofa and woke up to find the woman performing oral sex on him.
The woman eventually admitted sexual contact but claimed that it was voluntary and that the man was willing and smiled. The case has attracted attention and is the first time a Norwegian woman has been charged with raping a man.
With all due respect, if you wake up and your manhood is inside an assailant's mouth (complete with teeth), it is not an opportune time to risk enraging the assailant.

You have to ask your self why the man would even take her to court. Maybe she was fat, ugly and repulsive. Maybe she was up to something else and he was protecting himself legally by making the point in a court of law that he did NOT give her consent.
there have been several instances where the female collects the sperm from a drugged man, or a discarded condom, to use it sometime later, with a turkey baster to get pregnant.... and collect a healthy sum of child support from and eligible man for 18 years.
this lady orally RAPED the man.
drugging before sex equals no consent.
it would be dishonestly prepostorous to assume or assert as a general principle that only men can rape... or force sex on the unwilling.

Absolutely. Many years ago, I was living with my girlfriend at the time, and awoke to one particular vivid dream of her. As she was lying next to me, I decided to see what would happen if she were awaken in the manner described.
She enjoyed everything that night, and yet, the next morning didn't seem to remember we had had sex. She said she had a 'happy dream', but didn't realize it until I spoke about it that it wasn't a dream, it was real. :-)
Consequently, I don't have a problem with my wife waking me in this manner, if she ever wants to!
Now if she had choked his chicken....

What amazes me most about this story is; the "victim" also gets $6400 ! I used to think our country was best.... but now I wonder.
