Any pharmacist that refuses to fill a valid prescription from a Dr should immediately lose their license to dispence medication.
That is between the pharmacist and his/her employer.
Absolutely.....if this was a police state.
Likewise, anyone who refuses to stock my favorite brand of bourbon should lose his liquor license.</sarcasm>
Same thing.
Let's apply this assertion to some other scenarios.
1) Any doctor who refuses to provide an abortion should immediately lose his license to practice medicine.
2) Any lawyer who refuses to represent a convicted child molester should immediately lose his license to practice law.
3) Any rabbi who refuses to let a self-described anti-semite join his congregation should immediately lose his ordination.
4) Any car dealer who refuses to deactivate a car's airbags when presented with the legal DoT form by the owner should immediately lose his license to sell cars.
5) Any veterinarian who refuses to crop a dog's ears or tail should immediately lose his license to practice veterinary medicine.
6) Any teacher who refuses to teach children that 2+2=5 is a close-enough answer should immediately lose his license to teach.
And I'll bet you think it's conservatives who try to force their values onto others!
