Part of a retaining wall has collapsed over the NYC Parkway, the 'Henry Hudson Highway'?

Could be a nasty commute home. No evidence of terrorism.

Those are parked cars. Knowing the NYCDOT they will probably issue parking violations for alternate side of the street tomorrow!

Moses was an idiot. He singlehandedly demolished Penn Station and encouraged leftists to build housing projects.

Robert Moses was a genius >>

He probably was but didn't he also "cut" his way and ruined many neighborhoods throughout NYC by putting in all those highways?

Moses also destroyed many historic landmarks and neighborhoods.

Every 20 blocks north is a mile, so subtract 34 from 181, divide by 20, and add a few blocks for crosstown. Too lazy to do it myself.

Penn Station was one of THE most beautiful buildings in NYC.

Sigh...if you ever feel like reminiscing...check this out:

Scary! I, too, hope no motorists are trapped beneath that mountain of dirt.

Dont know about the motorists, but the taxpayers are gonna be buried.
