Did the Co-Op next to it have something to do with the landslide?

Robert Moses was a genius. While growing up in NYC, I took for granted all the great engineering and architectural structures of that city. And the wonderful beaches and parks...so much of it the result of the cooperative genius of Moses and Olmstead.
I still miss NYC, even after being away for 50 years.
