Note: this is the seventh episode in a series of stories regarding the events surrounding the 2000 Fundraiser and the business relationship of entrepreneur Peter Paul, William Jefferson Clinton, and Hillary Rodham Clinton.

First, we need to clear up an error in the last episode. We referenced that Hillary asked Peter Paul to intervene with Gary Smith to lower his fee. It was actually Hillary who made the call directly to Gary. More on that below.

Now, on with the show. What a silly title for this episode, huh? You probably wondered if it was going to be another DFU parody song. Sorry to disappoint you. Not this time.

From the Le Dôme website: The Brown Derby, Romanoff’s, Scandia…and Le Dôme. The very mention of these celebrated haunts evokes images of glamorous Hollywood soirées. These were the high-profile restaurants where stars congregated, where studio moguls put together deals over lunch and where the so-called “A” tables were as coveted as courtside Lakers seats are today. All of the aforementioned eateries are now just relegated to historical footnotes, except one—Le Dôme. Oh, my, look at the dessert menu!

Here was the scene at Le Dôme on a hot summer day in July of 2000. Perhaps some of the usual stars were there that day for a trendy lunch. Also there sharing a table was the foursome of Gary Smith, Aaron Tonken, Peter Paul, and a Chicago boy named David Rosen, who happened to be the finance chairman for the Hillary Clinton senate campaign.

Along with drinks and fine expensive cuisine was some good conversation. Smith was discussing the cost of putting on a mega concert for the departing Bill Clinton and emerging Hillary Clinton. “Gulp.” No, that wasn’t the sound of food going down at the table. It was the sound caused by the revelation that the cost of the private concert to end all private A-list guest concerts was $850,000.

The next day, Smith got a call from his friend Hillary. She asked that the fee be reduced by $50,000. It was done. Later, however, Smith sneaked in another $75,000 at the very end.

Is it important that Hillary called Smith? Yes, it is. You see, Hillary has pretended that she had no knowledge of the cost of the event. On the FEC filings, the cost is only listed at $100,000. As we have learned in these episodes, it is all about the hard money problem. If you are paying attention to what is going on in a Los Angeles federal courtroom, Hillary is hanging poor Rosen out to dry. She expects him to take the fall and keep secret her role in the most massive campaign finance fraud in history. I wonder how Rosen’s new wife Melissa feels about that. Will she think it is okay for him to “roll over” like Webster Hubbell?

Maybe Rosen thought he was in the clear and would beat the rap. Unfortunately, he and his defense team were informed that a wire was worn by Ray Reggie, brother in law of The Lifeguard from Chappaquiddick. “Gulp.” No, that was not the guys at the table this time. That was Rosen. He was also probably becoming noticeably pale.

Although you would not know it from the mainstream media because they refuse to do their homework or pay attention, producer Gary Smith is now in the middle of this mess. When he raises his right hand and swears to tell the truth, will he cover for Hillary? Will he tarnish his reputation by denying that Hillary discussed the cost of the event with him? We will have some more about this story when we discuss investigative journalist Brian Ross and the trip he did not make to Brazil. Just relax. You’ll hear about it soon enough.

Meanwhile, let’s see where Hillary stands. She expects Rosen to be a good soldier and take the fall. She expects Smith to commit perjury. She expects her mainstream media pals like Campbell Brown to lead the charge and provide cover for her. She expects the judge in Rosen’s criminal case not to forget that her dear faithful husband appointed the judge. She expects New Yorkers to believe she will serve out her full term in the senate if she is re-elected. She expects Jews in New York to continue to believe she never called Paul Fray an “FJB,” even though there is another witness, Fray passed a lie detector test, and others have attested to the fact that she said such things. She expects military families to believe she will be a great commander in chief and that the troops in Iraq did not really refer to her touring Sikorsky Blackhawk as "Broomstick One." She expects the voters to believe her attempted extreme makeover from far leftist radical to middle of the roader.

And finally, she expects that FreeRepublic will have no impact on her march back into the White House. We had an impact on Dan Ra^ther. We are going to have an impact on you, H^illary.

But back to the witch in question, seems like these timelines of who all knew what and when is killing her. Are we to believe she's the only one involved in her campaign who didn't know the real costs of the event? Was Hillary in a vacuum void of light and sound during all of this?
