Newsweak lies
Who dies?
Well, at least I checked to see if it was Scrapple face before I posted...I'm learning. :-)
Hey, this one was pretty easy to get suckered by. Until you get to the last three sentences, the quotes are pretty much exactly what Newsweek has said. (as hard as that it to believe)
Before it was just a top government official. Has Newsweek been talking to Jimmy Carter again?
Scrappleface is satire. But it hits very close to home quite often, as all good satire does.
Thank you for pointing that out to me. Feel like a dummy for even commenting on it.
This is obviously the fault of the Bush Administration. Probably part of a conspiracy to discredit main stream media.
...Or on the other hand, it's probably just a bunch of stupid journalist letting their politics interfere with their professional (using that term very loosely) judgement.

First of all (but not surprising) did not know that Newsweek is owned my Washington Post.
Next, on their site I saw this:
Newsweek in Arabic
Newsweek's Arabic language edition's website is at
http://alwatan.com.kw/
Wish I could read Arabic. Would love to know what is being published as "news" to the Arab street.
Thought for a moment that this could be one of the reasons this spread so fast, but then remembered that most Muslims are illiterate.
Also didn't know that The Compost owned Newsweak...
