Third victim found in Jeep is rushed to Fresno hospital.
Three men were shot late Sunday night near an orchard at the northwest edge of Clovis.
Two were dead at the scene; the third was rushed to Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno in very critical condition [where he died] Clovis police spokeswoman Calli Biaggi said.
All three victims were found about 10:30 p.m. in a Jeep Cherokee that was parked about 400 feet east of Willow Avenue on the shoulder of Shepherd Avenue. The area is rural, but quickly becoming urban as new housing developments have sprung up nearby...

??...I'm not up on new trucks. What is that?
I've never heard of 'em. I'd have to consult Google for an answer, but forget it 'cause it's dinner time for me. :-)
Hi DD - those guys in post #4 look kinda familiar....
LOL from a trekkie... :^)
Four guys in probably an old Jeep Cherokee, that makes sense. The shooter in an expensive truck doesn't fit as well. Maybe the guy that hired them figured it would be cheaper to shoot them than pay them.
You are too funny!!

It's like pulling teeth to get the news media to cut loose with pertinent information. Any description of the suspect yet, other than black hair and brown eyes, that is?

"??...I'm not up on new trucks. What is that?"
In short, a waste of money.... it's a pick-up truck that has the load carrying capacity of a station wagon....and you get to pay about $8000.00 more for it because it has some HD decals and embroidery.
It makes as much sense as HD beer, or HD soap.
To each his / her own.
Arrest in triple killing Man held, woman questioned after three shot execution-style in Clovis.
... three men were shot execution-style in an established Fresno neighborhood where police believe the victims' wrists were bound with duct-tape and zip ties...
[At the Edgewater Motel in Reedley] officers arrested the man on suspicion of three counts of murder and detained the woman for questioning,
... police not release the names of the woman or the suspect and said they were searching for as many as two additional suspects.
Family members identified two of the victims as brothers Rafael Moreno, 32, of Kerman, and Eracleo Moreno, 26, of Los Angeles. The men have other family members living in the state of Washington and in Michoacan in Mexico.
A relative... said Eracleo Moreno worked in construction in Los Angeles and regularly sent money home to family in Mexico. She didn't know who the third victim might have been.
That opinion doesn't appear to agree with your site.
In an unsigned decision, justices dismissed as premature the case of Jose Medellin, who argued he was entitled to a federal court hearing on whether his rights were violated when a Texas court tried and sentenced him to death in 1994 ... The court cited a last-minute maneuver by President Bush ordering state courts to revisit the issue, making Supreme Court intervention unnecessary at this time. It reserved the right to hear the appeal again once the case had run its full course in state court.
haha waste of money is right, but then I'm of the opinion that any of the "fill-in-the-blank editions" of any of the pickups, minivans or suv's are all a waste of money. Awhile back there were Eddie Bauer editions of the ford explorer and the minivan that ford came out w/ as well. The Harley Davidson edition is expensive and well...rather ghetto if you ask me. Again..just my opinion.
I should have added 'now' to clarify my post, sorry.
